Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final
Purchases made for Lndesk services—including subscriptions, add-ons, setup fees, and other digital services—are non-refundable. Once a payment is successful, the sale is considered final.
Subscriptions & Cancellations
- You may cancel your Lndesk subscription at any time from your account.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; your current paid term remains active until it ends.
- There are no pro-rated or partial period refunds.
Duplicate/Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate or unauthorized transaction), contact us within 7 days of the charge. After verification, we will reverse or credit the erroneous amount. Processing times may vary by payment partner/bank.
Chargebacks/Disputes
Please contact Lndesk support before initiating a chargeback. Filing disputes on legitimate charges may lead to temporary suspension of services to prevent abuse.
Hotel Guest Bookings
Lndesk provides the platform for hotels to run their websites and bookings. Each hotel sets and manages its own booking, cancellation, and refund policy for guests. If your request concerns a room booking, please contact the hotel directly as shown on its website.
